COngrats to all runners, participants, organizers and syempre sa mala pyestang suporta ng taong bayan

SpaceClav
Great event.

pawgee
Congrats po sa mga finishers!

Anybody measured the total distance of the course? Parang sobra kasi sa 26.2 miles.

gratia plena
sa mga 42k runner na nag hahanap po ng finisher shirt. wala po talaga kahit last year.

etivacenyo
same sili medal din last year.. sayang lang kc AIMS certified route but no finisher shirt, but its cool masarap naman ang pinangat at bicol express

SpaceClav
^Ikaw ba yung naka Vibram kahapon besides sa akin?\

etivacenyo

kurutudan
etivacenyo. nakita kita.

etivacenyo
around what KM po sir, sobrang wasak na sa init sir at lutang na ako nung last 3KMs ehehe

kurutudan
minsan nauuna ka, minsan nauuna ako sayo. ako lng naman cguro yung naka-pink/fuchsia shorts haha

SpaceClav

sana man lang iniba nila yung design ng medal compared last year, date lang iniba eh…

mukhang pinagbigyan lang ang runners kahapon kasi ngayon, signal no. 3 na ang bagyo sa naga….. kahapon ng hapon signal no. 1 na pala…

overall nice experience again plus the new experience with the train ride =)

etivacenyo
Kayo pala yun sir.

angelo
COngrats sa mga VFF marathoner

musta po ung bicol express. . ok po ba ung service nila?

mac

backseat

Are the sleeper trains airconditioned?

How much was it?

mac
yes airconditioned. Promo fare right now is 665. Regular fare is around 900.

It was a nice experience! me fireworks pa before the race… ang hirap lang bumangon ng mga (2am) just to catch up sa shuttle na magdadala sa starting point (21k).
the crowd was so great specially the kids who will greet you “good morning” sabay high 5!, ang dami ding expectators sa daan kaya mapapangiti ka and appreciate their support
feeling ko lang lagpas 21k yun (my nike + register it on 24k).
sayang walang finishers shirt both for 21k & 42k runners, but the medal is fine
having experience running in the province with a nice view of mt. Isarog and a wonderful crowd is worth running again next year
congrats to all participants!

barefootdaves
hope everyone got home safely

lakas ng hangin at ulan. buti na lang at we took the bus back home
couldn’t sustain my pace for the whole distance sumakit na ung talampakan ko
then me part pa na asphalt pero madaming small stones ang nagkalat

it was a very nice experience especially ung food

mac
speaking of fireworks sa 21k, sana nilayo man lang nila sa runners yung fireworks…. apart from the smoke that it generated, may isang firework na pumutok sa malapit sa runners… hopefully, wala naman nasktan….

artbreaker

etivacenyo
The route was measured during its initial outing last year. The same routes was used and all distances received International Measurement Certificate from AIMS and IAAF (Boston Qualifier). I used Nike+ last year sa 21K and it recorded 21.5KMs, considering a well calibrated device, still its 90% accurate. The 42K on the other hand was accurate too with Garmin.

Mas ok if sobra ng konti kesa kulang hehe

One of the best running event I’ve participated. The route was nice and great scenery. Well hydrated naman kmi the entire race. Sarap pa ng feeling n ung mga locals nagcheer for you. Anyways, twas a very good experience. Sure gonna join again next year.

Julius
One the best routes ever, very scenic and smoke-free. Total road closure, not a single motor vehicle except for motorcycles used by the organizers. lots of hydration, sometimes just a kilometer apart, water and energy drinks, take your pick. almost all water station had ambulances stationed with them, very well organized and the locals were very supportive, waving and giving high fives to passing runners and no rude remarks or heckling. Every where you go to Naga, you will surely notice a lot of runners milling around, having a good time vacationing while waiting and after the run.

Congratulations to all who participated, I’m sure next year, there will be more runners coming to participate, an event not to be missed!

nagkalat ang patay na palaka! lol.. kidding aside, my most memorable run plus vacation with friends, lucky to hitch a puj & military truck going to cwc to come before the gunstart to leave our valuables at the very last minute & retrieve it -thanks to the organizers. Thank God for the good weather condition.

CherryJ
Route is okay. We started on time. The first part was darkness, there was not enough street lightings so we could barely see the road if there are obstacles. The people who cheered along the streets were warm, most of them are kids. The last 7k was a hurdle as the sun shone so bright so my energy was consumed double. The finish line scene was touching as our co-GRC member Tiff did her first marathon this year and her mom could not believe that her baby really did it to the finish line. My most favorite portion is the claiming of the lootbag so I could have something to show to my hubby back home as he was not able to come with me to Camsur. Unfortunately, there were not a single lootbag left, for a 42km runner like me, it was disgusting as 42km /21km runners are normally treated special on Runrio races like this. Overall rating, it was a nice running experience and I intend to join again next time.

pjong
perfect..

SuPLaDo_aKo
two words: the BEST..!

barefootdaves
great weather! kudos to all marathoners! mainit na pagdating ng 8am. all we could do was to cheer ‘em at the clubhouse to boost their spirit. flights got cancelled yesterday. we had to take the bus back to manila.. all is well. will participate again next year

JP Navarrete
Glad to be back home finally! :)
CWC (Camsur Watersports Complex) did a great job in ensuring we are taken care of during the typhoon.

Next year ulit!
