This September 2010, we strive to attain another goal- to stage a world class international marathon. Our aim is to be the premiere running event in the country to gather 20,000 participants.

The Camsur Marathon will feature elite runners from all over the world. Amidst of the setting of mountains & greeneries. This event is for the benefit of Gawad Kalinga.

Our world-class sports amenities and accommodations will entice you to stay a little longer. Our secret hideaways await your discovery and we are certain that you will want to explore the nooks and crannies of fascinating Camsur.

Caramoan is every traveler’s haven for relaxation and recreation. The Camsur Watersports Complex (CWC) will push your adrenalin to a new high! The Lago del Rey Park has an array of fun rides never before seen or experienced in the Philippines!

Message from the Race Director

To all serious runners and running enthusiasts,

After close to a year of preparation, our dream of organizing a bona- fide international marathon here in the Philippines has finally materialized. It is both an honor and a privilege to be the race director for Summit Water CAMSUR Marathon 2010, hosted by the beautiful province of Camarines Sur. Thanks to the leadership of our beloved Governor LRayVillafuerte, a truly world-class event, recognized by the IAAF, has finally come to our shores as it aims to attract local and foreign athletic delegates, running celebrities, and runners of all fitness levels.

We are very much aware that many of you have come from distant places just to experience this historic running event. The least we can do is to give you a race worthy of its international stature. Together with the organizing team, local government, and all our selfless volunteers, we promise to do our part to serve you to the best of our abilities come race day.
